Ten Things I Hate About. . . The Corrs

1. They're so young.

1. They're so young.

2. So young, so young, now.

3. They're everywhere. They're the biggest thing to come out of Dundalk since the N1; but at least you can turn off the N1 occasionally.

4. They're just so. . . Loud! No, I don't mean noisy. I mean the county.

5. On the other hand, nobody from Dundalk is THAT good- looking. Are they genetically modified, or what?

6. Harp lager is from Dundalk as well, and the hangover is vicious.

7. They bring back disturbing memories of the Nolan Sisters that you hoped you were over for good.

8. I'm not saying the Corrs' music is bland, but it doesn't have the hardness - the sense of danger - that made the early Osmonds stuff so great.

9. They're a bad influence on young people. Just look at these crazy rock'n'roll lyrics: "And it really doesn't matter if we don't eat/And it really doesn't matter if we don't sleep/No it really doesn't matter/Really doesn't matter, at all." Don't listen to them kids! A proper diet, including plenty of green vegetables, and at least 8 hours sleep a day are vital components of healthy living.

10. From the same song: "And when tomorrow comes, we can do it all again." Yes, this is exactly what worries me.
