Staying Put

Lynne Parker of Rough Magic Theatre Company is getting tired of people surmising that she will bid for the job of artistic director of the Lyric Theatre, Belfast, if the job is advertised. All she did was grant the Lyric, which is going through a major assessment procedure, the benefit of her expertise.

She is, she says, firmly ensconced in Rough Magic, and the company will soon be announcing exciting plans for this year and next year.
