It's another big night out for the Shine team as they mark 19 years on the go. Once a weekly outing in Mandela Hall, the club these days continues to book the leading house and techno names. HOUSE

The 2 Bears

Opium Rooms 11pm €10 the2bears.co.uk

Those who fancy a bearhug should form an orderly queue by the dancefloor. The Night is Young, second album from Raf Rundell and Hot Chip's Joe Goddard (left), shows that the ursine- friendly producers still have plenty to offer. It's a rich, rewarding slew of deeply soulful house and disco turns, calibrated to create euphoria all night long. JC
