The RCSI recently opened its doors to over 200 second-level students from around the country who aspire to a career in medicine or physiotherapy. The 18th Annual Open Day at the RCSI gave students, aged 16-18 years, an opportunity to find out about life as a medical or physiotherapy student, from training right through to serving an internship in a hospital.
The young people had an opportunity to view medical equipment at the RCSI and were also given a guided tour of the college and the new RCSI Education and Research Centre at Beaumont Hospital.
