When talk now turns to his most infamous calling card, German producer and Zombie Nation mastermind Florian Senfter (left) says he created a "monster". True, Kernkraft 400did indeed become an unstoppable anthem and took its creator from organising parties in abandonded German factories to providing the soundtrack for celebrations in US sports arenas. But there was little danger of Senfter simply becoming a one-hit wonder. He's still producing propulsive, energetic, shiny electronic music, as last year's Zombielicious album showed. Between then and now, he has released tracks as ZN and John Starlight for the International DeeJay Gigolo, Dekathlon and UKW labels and joined forces with Tiga as ZZT for the Lower State of Consciousnessattack on the senses.

The Zombie soundwave now has Belfast in its sights. Support comes from Psycatron’s Paul Hamill and Dave Oost Lievense, who had a bumper year of releases and live shows in ’09.
