What's your pre-gig ritual/ routine?Badminton, Jazzercise.

How do you get to the gig – limo, taxi, walking? Brisk walk followed by light jog, weather permitting.

What's the best gig you've been to?Prince. Why? Because he's Prince.

And the worst?Probably our next one.

What are your favourite and least favourite venues?My favourite least favourite is anywhere with a noise meter.

Who is the most famous person to have shown up at one of your gigs?Chris Rea.

Most embarrassing on-stage moment?Simon Le Bon at Live Aid or James Hetfield going on fire.

Any useful stage tips?Always use right angle leads.

What's the worst thing ever thrown at you?A bucket of crabs by my big brother.

If you could be in any other band, which one?No Spill Blood.

Who's invited to your aftershow party?Peter Gabriel.

What's your best tour story?When we were in Manchester I cried because my dog died – I found out about it on Myspace.
