These two heavyweight names are here thanks to the Red Bull Music Academy. Every year, the Academy sets up shop in a new city and brings rising music-makers together for lectures, studio sessions and gigs. Irish producers and musicians interested in going to New York for RBMA 2012 can attend workshops with Kerri Chandler (below), Just Blaze and local luminaries this weekend to find out more. The rest of us can get on down when Chandler goes to work in Belfast and Blaze rips things up in Dublin.

Chandler is no stranger to these shores, and the deep house trendsetter goes large with three hours of quality soulful grooves in Belfast with support from Danny Simpson and Chris McCormick. Just Blaze is the Fort Knocks dude behind award-winning cuts for Jay-Z (Blueprint, Blueprint 2 and Black Album), Eminem (Recovery), Busta Rhymes, Talib Kweli and many more.
