Pop Corner: Louisa Johnson sets off an epic banger; Jesy Little Mix settles into old age

Meanwhile, Pink hits back at body shamers and Nick Jonas reveals how he was turned down by Rihanna

TRACK OF THE WEEK Tears by Clean Bandit ft Louisa Johnson
This is a banger of epic proportions. It's like the Star Wars of bangers, full of disco lightsabers and dancing forces (we have only seen one Star War so we'll leave the metaphor here). Trendy string quartet Clean Bandit team up with X Factor warbler Louisa (above) to create a track that is equal parts "jog on haters" and "my broken heart at the disco" and a sum total of amazing. We've yet to see the video, but there had better be a dance routine.

Hero of the week is Pink, for standing firmly against body-shaming. She told Good Morning America: "There are so many different kinds of bodies. How can you shame one over the other? My thing is, if you have all four limbs and all five senses, you're doing A-OK and anybody that has an issue with that needs to find some gratitude."

News of the week
Jesy Little Mix is settling into her old age, she told NOW magazine. At the ripe old age of 24, Jesy wants to chill out a bit. She explained, "I feel that as I'm getting older I'm becoming a little recluse. I love the girls to pieces but, because I'm the older one in the group, I just feel like I'm turning into an old woman. I love peace and quiet."

Zero of the week is Nick Jonas, after revealing he was turned down by Rihanna in the past. Nick told the Sun: "I flirted with Rihanna once. It didn't work but it didn't not work. It didn't go anywhere but it was a great conversation. It laid a good foundation." But it's not all bad news, Nick got a unique insight into Rihanna's aura. He went on, "She smells amazing, that is one thing I can tell you. Everyone says it but I have actually smelt her now and it's amazing."
