Actor Martin Sheen will take part in a charity concert in Dublin this weekend. Voices from the Front Line aims to “highlight the courage of human rights defenders through words and music” and is being organised by Dublin-based NGO, Front Line Defenders.
Sheen heads up a bill at Vicar Street on Sunday that also includes various names from the world of film, TV and music.
Paul Brady, Cara O'Sullivan, Hazel O'Connor, Andrea Corr, Liam Ó Maonlaí, Kíla and others will provide the musical entertainment, while actors Robert Sheehan and Amy Huberman will also participate. frontlinedefenders.org
