Erykah Badu - But You Caint Use My Phone: Taking hotline bling to the max

Erykah Badu is on the phone and she’s in the mood for some fun.

Acts from Justin Bieber to Sufjan Stevens were inspired to do a take on Drake's Hotline Bling, but only Badu had the wit and gumption to go a little further.

Put together with Dallas producer Zach Witness, But You Caint Use My Phone pulls together a bunch of funk and soul songs about phones from New Edition, The Isley Brothers, Usher and others, before unleashing a spirited hip-hop attitude which plays fast and loose to create tracks which sound both then and now.
