American Idol

disregard even a smudge of individuality for the generic performer – Lady Antebellum’s singer, Hillary Scott, was rejected from the show twice. That said – and bear in mind that this country/pop trio is currently America’s hottest music act – there is little on this sophomore album to suggest that what we have here is not just another smooth and generic country/pop act.
