A tribute gig for Derek Nally, the respected promoter who passed away in July, is planned for Vicar Street on October 2nd. “Songs for Derek” will feature musicians who worked with Nally, including Howe Gelb of Giant Sand, Bell X1, Richie Egan, Mundy, David Kitt, The Walls, Freddie White, James Vincent McMorrow and Tír na nÓg. Tickets are €20. All proceeds go to the Nally family.
