George III tallboy chest makes £3,200

A GEORGE III tallboy chest fetched £3,200 at Town & Country's fine art auction held last Sunday at Ormond Quay. A Victorian mahogany dining table sold for £1,850; a Victorian bookcase with glass panelled doors made £1,040; and a Chippendale style mahogany dining suite comprising a table, six chairs and a sideboard sold for £940.
