Over 50 stands for Cork event
The annual Munster Antiques and Collectables Fair will be held tomorrow at the Silver Springs Hotel in Cork, where over 50 stands will be available to the public from 11 a.m. Dealers from across the Republic plan to attend the event, where items for sale include 18th and 19th-century furniture, jewellery, silver, paintings and prints, militaria, rare and old books, coins and stamps, china and porcelain, curios and telephone cards.
The next fair in this series around the Republic takes place in Galway in a fortnight's time.
Film posters and coins at Newman House
An antiques and collectables fair is being held at Newman House, Dublin, tomorrow when several dealers will be specialising in stamps and postcards, as well as railway memorabilia, old film posters, coins and military medals. The fair opens at 11 a.m.
Pre-1945 items in monthly Dublin fair
The usual monthly antique and collectors fair at the Doyle Tara Towers Hotel in Dublin takes place tomorrow from 10 a.m. There will be 45 stands, most of them offering a variety of items from pre-1945.
