Prima ballerina Darcey Bussell has had to pull out of the Royal Ballet's run at the Belfast Festival, having hurt her ankle in a final leap in Manon - her part in Birthday Offering will be taken by other dancers . . . The annual Frankie Kennedy Winter School of traditional music in Dunlewey, Co Donegal, runs from December 28th until January 2nd - there are classes in flute, fiddle, uilinn pipes, button accordion and accompaniment, and concerts by Beiginish, Dermot Byrne, Altan and others (phone 075-32127/email gearoid@iol.ie/tlugh@iol.ie for information) . . .
