TOWN & Country will conduct a small house contents sale tomorrow at Hilton Lodge, Killiney Hill Road, Killiney, Co Dublin.
The 200 or so lots include some good Irish furniture, some of which has been in the family since the 19th century.
An inlaid, Regency sofa table is estimated to fetch £1,200-£1,400; a set of six Regency dining chairs has the same estimate; a George IV mahogany library table should make £1,000 to £1,200; and a Georgian, inlaid slope front bookcase is estimated at £2,000-£2,500.
Viewing is today, from 10 a.m.6 p.m. and tomorrow from 10 a.m.-12 noon. The sale will begin at 2 p.m.
