Scorsese and 3D: enough already

Oh no. Elsewhere in these pages we grudgingly acknowledge that Hugo, the fine new film from Martin Scorsese, profits from being shot in 3D

But we didn’t want Scorsese to go crazy for the process. Asked whether he would like to continue shooting in 3D, he replied: “Quite honestly, I would. I don’t think there’s a subject matter that can’t absorb 3D.”
