The Cartoon Saloon, the Kilkenny-based creators of The Secret of Kells, have flogged Santa's Apprentice, a seasonal feature, to the good people at the Weinstein Company.
The influential company will now distribute the film, directed by Luc Vinciguerra, in both the UK and the US. The picture premiered in Paris earlier this week.
