A report in some early editions yesterday said republicans were seeking leave for a judicial review of the new plastic bullets which have recently been introduced in Northern Ireland. Ms Clara Reilly, chairperson the United Campaign Against Plastic Bullets, which is seeking the review, states that members of the campaign cannot be described as republican as many are not affiliated to any political party. They are relatives of people who have been killed by rubber and plastic bullets.
