Calling cowboys

Where have all the cowboys gone? If a still, small "here!" sounds in your heart, The Cowboy Poetry Gathering in Elko, Nevada, would like to hear from you. In January of next year, The Gathering will focus on Irish and Welsh traditional culture and the "Wanted" sign has gone up for poetry readers, ballad singers, horse-men and drovers, because it is people such as these who helped shape cowboy culture. The following year, English and Scottish artists will get their turn.
