The awards ceremony takes place tomorrow night in the IFC as part of the first Women's Film Festival in Dublin. The craft award tomorrow night will be presented to the accomplished film editor, Emer Reynolds, whose credits include Paddy Breathnach's Ailsa and I Went Down and Cathal Black's Korea. The festival's guest of honour is the great Norwegian actress and director, Liv Ullmann, whose latest film, Private Confessions, opens the festival tonight, and she will discuss her work with the audience after the screening.

The programme includes two films from Australia - Shirley Barrett's quirky-humoured Love Serenade, and Samantha Lang's The Well. British director Carine Adler will introduce tomorrow night's screening of her acclaimed first feature, Under the Skin.
