THE six executive directors of Woodchester Investments received remuneration, excluding the contribution to pensions, of £1.32 million in 1995. The average amounted to £221,090, compared with an average of £269,250 for the four executive directors in 1994. The bulk of the remuneration (£1.09 million) for the six came in the form of salaries. Performance related remuneration amounted to £171,000 while taxable benefits came to £64,000.

The nine non executive directors received £55,000, an average of £6,100. Shareholders are to be asked to approve a resolution which would allow the company pay the non executive directors up to £100,000. The executive chairman, Mr Craig McKinney, was granted options on 250,000 shares, at an average grant price of 157.74p (compared with the latest market price of 191.5p) during 1995. He owns 2,556,696 shares.
