This cover for Amazon’s e-book reader doubles as both a protective case and a handy way to read in the dark. It has a solar panel, you see, that powers a light inside the case. While the sun is up, it will recharge the battery for the case, so that as soon as the sun goes down, you can carry on reading thanks to a small LED light that folds out of the case.

It also has the added benefit of charging your Kindle too so, if you find yourself stuck without a charger, you can continue to read.

But fear not: the MiZone security tag will help you keep tabs on your devices. You connect the tag to your device, either wirelessly via Bluetooth or, in the case of less technically equipped devices, physically.

Once the tag moves out of a set range, an alarm will go off. It can also be useful for finding your keys – the app has a small radar that tells you how far away the tag is and beep to alert you to its location.
