Over 50 jobs for new customer loyalty operator

Value Nation aims to be the biggest Irish loyalty scheme within two years

Two former managers of the One4all gift card are hoping to repeat its success with the launch of a new customer engagement loyalty company which will create 50 jobs.

Value Nation, which is the brainchild of John Paul L'Estrange and Eamonn Dawson, hopes to be the largest loyalty scheme for customer engagement in Ireland within two years.

Its first product launch is LolliPoints, which will allow customers to collect loyalty points through a single card or mobile app and redeem them in the outlets in which they were collected. The company expects to have over 100 merchants participating in the scheme by Christmas.

The firm will create over 50 jobs at its Dublin 17 premises over the coming 18 months, in the areas of sales, customer service, marketing, software development, finance and social media.
