Statoil has decided to increase its petrol prices from Monday because of poor oil prices on international markets.

The wholesale prices of Statoil's leaded and unleaded motor spirits will each go up by 0.42p per litre, which will lead to a change in the pump price of 0.50p per litre. The wholesale price of diesel will increase by 0.34p per litre, which will mean a 0.40p per litre rise in the pump price.
