The Irish Society of Technical Communicators (ISTC) is launching its first half-day seminar, Taming the Wired Frontier, at the Radisson Hotel, Stillorgan Road, Co Dublin, on Wednesday, November 25th. The society, largely comprising members from the IT industry, will deliver presentations on writing Web pages, and introductions to content management and the International Council for Technical Communication (INTECOM). There will also be an exhibition of communication projects completed by students of technical communications at the University of Limerick. The fee for ISTC members is £10 and £35 for non-members.
