A slot racer at heart, the game throws you a few twists (and turns, and loops) to make sure that you keep coming back for more. Controls are on screen and easy to master: tap to accelerate, take it easy on the corners and try to stay on the track. Occasionally, you can switch lanes to get the jump on your opponents. Completing levels earns you experience points, which levels up your racer. There are in-app purchases too for upgrades to watch out for. There are a few series’ to choose from, such as Formula, Off-road or street, and within those are different difficulty levels and race types. The further you progress, the more complex things get, giving you an incentive to push just that little bit further.
