Keith O’Neill of BNP Paribas Real Estate has secured €1,050,000 for a four-storey over-basement Georgian house at 35 Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2, and a mews building at the rear.

The site also includes two car parking spaces. The property was owned by the same family for more than 40 years and is in exceptionally good condition.

It was bought by a sitting tenant who was based there for the past 10 years.
