€485,000 for new HQ in Dún Laoghaire

The suite comes with four basement car parking spaces

The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy has acquired a new headquarters at Marina House on Clarence Street in Dún Laoghaire.

The organisation, set up in 1981 to develop and maintain professional standards in counselling and psychotherapy, has paid €485,000 for an office suite on the first floor of the building extending to 320sq m (3,444sq ft).

The suite comes with four basement car parking spaces.
