Revised stamp duty rates

One figure was omitted in a table of revised duty rates which appeared in the newspaper last Thursday. Under the category "Other owner occupiers", the stamp duty for properties costing between £100,000 and £150,000 should read 3 per cent. First-time buyers pay no stamp duty in this price band.
