Q-SET picks up award for customer satisfaction

Galway-based software company Q-SET has won the 1998 Lotus Beacon Award for excellence in customer satisfaction. The software, which was developed on Lotus products, helps companies operating globally to comply with international standards and focuses on business improvement software.
