Property agents form joint website

Property agent Sherry FitzGerald announced yesterday that it had joined forces with property agents Douglas Newman Good and Gunne Residential to develop the Republic's first daily updated property portal. The site, which will be open to agents state-wide to advertise their property will be launched in the next three months. Sherry FitzGerald holds 38 per cent of the initial shareholding with its £385,000 (€488,849) initial investment. The remainder is divided between Douglas Newman Good, Gunne Residential, unnamed shareholders, and chief executive Mr Jim Miley.
