Partnership for the future

A PARTNERSHIP between public and private sectors will be the model for future urban development, according to the developer of the International Financial Services Centre. The chairman of Hardwicke, Mr Mark Kavanagh, said joint ventures would be the "way of the future in large public sponsored schemes".
