Time of getting up: In the middle of my second sleep - to beat the Naas mono carriageway rush hours.

Form of exercise: Water skiing and horse riding, but still too active to play golf.

Holidays: Abroad - preferably an adventure or a sport-related (but not golfing) holiday.

Favourite TV programme: The Sunday Game - especially if Meath are featured. A clash with Dublin is always a real buzz.

Favourite radio programme: Morning Ireland, RTE Radio One and The Last Word (especially the Navan Man sketches).

Car you drive: Nissan Patrol GR.

Commuting time: One hour, if the traffic isn't too heavy, to park the mobile office and pick up a static phone.

Favourite airline: Cityjet.

Favourite bank: One without charges.

Favourite tipple: A pint of Guinness.

Favourite pub: Mick Murphys in Ballymore Eustace.

Favourite restaurant: Little Caesars for lunch and Ballymore Inn in the evenings.

How do you spend your free time: Wisely.

Person you most admire: My brother - for the strength and courage which helped him to win his long battle against leukaemia.
