Nokia is getting into the spirit of Christmas early with a promotion which offers buyers a new Christmas ringing tone every day throughout December.

Buyers of Nokia 8110i mobile phones can look forward to hearing Christmas favourites from Jingle Bells to Winter Wonderland every time they receive a call.

The sequence of ringing tones is transmitted to the phones each day via Smart Messaging Technology. The "Christmas in the Air" promotion will be supported by advertising in thousands of mobile phone outlets throughout Ireland and Europe.
