Consultants KPMG have published a guide to employee share incentive schemes. The 33-page booklet includes information on changes made to such plans from the Finance Act, 2000.
Six sections cover the numerous profit sharing options available - approved profit sharing schemes, share option schemes, save as you earn share option schemes, restricted stock schemes, share subscription schemes and employee share ownership trusts.
