Irish Life staff get adventurous

Improving staff morale is a laudable goal. But how can it best be achieved? After a lengthy dispute and a lot of internal reorganisation which had driven staff morale very low, Irish Life was faced with tackling the problem. A solution appears to have been found some staff are to be sent to Lusty Beg Island in Fermanagh in the new year on an adventure course. The Margin would have thought there had been enough adventure at Irish Life!
