Irish Life & Permanent's Scope product was incorrectly associated with another company in a headline on last week's Family Money page. The Scope product is similar to US mutual funds and is designed to make investing in shares more accessible. Minimum investment is £2,000 for each of the five funds - Securescope, Wisdomscope, Europascope, Celticscope and Telescope. A fund management fee of 1.5 per cent is charged each year by Irish Life & Permanent.
