Irish International eyes airline flotation

While the Aer Lingus flotation will be smaller than that of Telecom Eireann, there is bound to have been a great deal of anticipatory hand-rubbing going on in Irish International advertising since the Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, made the announcement on Tuesday.

The agency handled the Telecom flotation with obvious success, given the take-up among the public, and as such it is the Irish ad agency with the most experience in the area. The company is also Aer Lingus's long-time advertising agency. The flotation campaign will most likely go out to tender in the new year.
