Iona director sells £2.3m in shares

Iona Technologies director Mr Sean Baker has realised almost £2.3 million (€2.9 million) after selling Iona shares on the Nasdaq market. Mr Baker has disclosed that he sold 53,000 shares last week at an average price of $52.69 (€53.30), realising $2.79 million or £2.27 million. After that sale, Mr Baker owns just under 1.6 million Iona shares, which have a current value of $78 million.
