More than 90 new jobs will be created by Independent Communications Limited (ICL), a part of Independent News & Media PLC's new media division, by the end of January next year.
Speaking at the opening of the new offices of the company, Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke said the announcement was yet another example of the acceleration and migration of `smart' companies to the digital platform.
The new 30,000 sq ft facility at City West will initially house ICL, and Switchcom who comprise Independent News and Media PLC's media division, Independent Digital.
Chairman of the ICL, of which the Independent Directory is a part, Mr Garret Doyle, said the move would accelerate the company's rapid expansion in the digital sector.
