IAWS share transactions

Three directors of the agri-business group IAWS have sold shares worth almost £1 million after exercising share options. Chief executive Mr Philip Lynch sold 165,000 shares at €4.05 each to realise £526,000, finance director Mr David Martin sold 99,000 shares at the same price to realise almost £316,000 while company secretary Mr John Phelan sold 30,000 to realise over £95,000.
