THE finance director of Heiton Holdings, Mr David Dillon, has resigned

THE finance director of Heiton Holdings, Mr David Dillon, has resigned. In a statement, the company said Mr Dillon - resigned from the board with effect from March 26th- "for personal reasons". He was appointed finance director of the builders merchants and Atlantic DIY group in October 1994.

Heiton's managing director, Mr Richard Hewat, said that the board had been aware of Mr Dillon's intentions "for a while". A replacement has been chosen but the new appointee will not take up the position for about two months, Mr Hewat said.
