Goggin exercises B of I options

Mr Brian Goggin, chief executive of Bank of Ireland's corporate and treasury business, has exercised options to buy 50,000 of the bank's shares at €1.43 each. The options price is a substantial discount to Bank of Ireland's closing price yesterday of €11.24. Mr Goggin now holds 123,369 Bank of Ireland shares worth €1.4 million.
