Geoghegan-Quinn buys shares

A director of Ryan Hotels, Mrs Maire Geoghegan-Quinn, has acquired 6,770 shares in the hotel group, amounting to 0.01 per cent of the issued shares. Mrs Geoghegan-Quinn acquired 2,670 shares for 93 cents (73p) and 4,100 shares for 92 cents, spending €6,255. She was appointed a director of the company, which recently spent more than €30 million on hotels in Cork and London, last September.
