CRH chairman sells shares

CRH chairman Mr Tony Barry has raised £312,000 from the sale of 40,000 shares in the building materials company at a price of 780p per share yesterday. Last week, Mr Barry exercised options to acquire 100,000 shares in CRH at a price of 230.66p per share.
