Vevay Inn site and bar licence for €500,000

The owner of the Vevay Inn bar in Bray, Co Wicklow, destroyed in a fire a number of years ago, is to offer the site and a seven-day bar licence for sale at €500,000.

Dooley Auctioneers is handling the sale of the well located site which includes an extensive basement still in situ. The agency estimates that it will cost up to €1 million to redevelop the bar “which has left a large void in the community both socially and physically”.
