Tiger to open store on Cruises Street

Rent of €30,000 for store which has 185sq m (2,000sq ft) of retail space and 140sq m (1,500sq ft) of storage space

Danish retailer Tiger has opened its 14th outlet on troubled Cruises Street in Limerick. It is to pay a rent of about €30,000 for the store which has 185sq m (2,000sq ft) of retail space and a further 140sq m (1,500sq ft) of storage space.

Stephen Murray of JLL, which advised Tiger, is actively seeking other retail premises in the city for other traders.
