Software firm FieldAware rents office suite at Fumbally Square in Dublin 8

FieldAware, a software company with offices in the United States, Britain and Australia, is renting an office suite extending to 325 sq m (3,500 sq ft) at Fumbally Square in Dublin 8.

The company will pay a headline rent of €360 per sq m (€35 per sq ft) under a flexible five-year lease. The entire office and residential facilities at Fumbally Square are currently on the market at €24 million.
