Site of 1.5 acres with permission for 10 houses for €300,000

Agent BNP Paribas Real Estate is guiding €300,000 for a 1.53 acre site with planning permission for 10 four-bedroom house at Prosperous, Co Kildare.

BNP's Mark Forrest, who is handling the sale for receiver Luke Charleton of EY, says he is expecting significant interest in the plot given the shortage of "shovel-ready sites" within easy commuting distance of Dublin.
